Please review these terms before submitting a booking or registration request.
Booking Requests
Submitting the form does not create a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after THE F.I.L.M. First I Love Me™ LLC sends written approval with the date, time, payment instructions, and any participation requirements.
PayPal Payments and Invoices
Official PayPal event and service buttons open a secure PayPal-hosted checkout page. Use the button that matches the exact event, date, membership, course, or consultation. Appointment-based services should be scheduled before payment unless the event page directs otherwise. Customized schools, organizations, teams, retreats, and community programs receive a written quote or PayPal invoice.
No-Refund Policy
Confirmed and paid consultations, workshops, memberships, events, digital materials, and program registrations are nonrefundable. When operationally possible, THE F.I.L.M. may approve one reschedule request submitted before the appointment; approval is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Booking information is used to review the request, contact the client, prepare services, issue invoices, and maintain required business records. Personal information is not intentionally sold to advertisers. Email is not a secure place for sensitive medical, financial, or identity information; do not include such information in the general notes field.
Spa and Wellness Waiver
Spa participants must complete the provider’s registration and waiver before receiving services. The licensed esthetician determines service eligibility. Participants should disclose allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions, recent procedures, injuries, and other relevant contraindications directly on the provider’s secure waiver.
Youth and Group Participation
Youth programs may require a parent or legal guardian’s signed permission. Group, school, corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based engagements may require an agreement defining scope, attendance, location, accessibility needs, safety requirements, and payment terms.
