Charlotte Houston-Martin is the founder and owner of THE F.I.L.M. First I Love Me™ LLC. She is a business and educational consultant, program developer, community leader, and facilitator with decades of experience supporting youth, women, families, educators, entrepreneurs, staff teams, and community organizations.

Her work combines practical strategy, compassionate leadership, structured learning, and community-centered program development. Charlotte has created and supported programs for public schools, community organizations, business owners, educators, leaders, and multi-generational audiences.

THE F.I.L.M. means First I Love Me. It is not a movie or entertainment company. The name represents the belief that confidence, responsibility, communication, and purposeful growth begin with a strong internal foundation.
